I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.

Most especially, Emilie, for all her efforts in coordinating proper fit and focus, providing knowledgeable assistance in choosing frame and lense features, coordinating budget-friendly options; and most importantly, ensuring I am 100% satisfied with the final product. Straight up awesomeness with a capital "Awe"! Alright where do I begin? Walking into this place was really impressive! The decor was spot on. High-end retail meets upper class martini lounge feel. I expected to be throwing down some major dough but the prices are insanely great especially considering the quality of what you're getting. The staff are so helpful and actually care about you. They want you to see well and to rock your eye-wear too. They're knowledgeable and definitely instill a feeling of family and home with all their clients. The lenses are top notch and the brands are from Europe (some of which you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere else). You'll be walking out of the boutique not just with sweet eye-wear but also with a feeling of consumer satisfaction that you can't get anywhere else. A++! Did I already say this place is awesome?

My wife and I visited this store when my wife was in need of a new pair of glasses. We were instantly impressed with the great customer service they offered. They were patient and helpful with suggestions as my wife tried on a wide variety of frames that suited her. Then, after narrowing down her choices to a top three, they waited patiently while my daughter and I joined my wife to help her make the final verdict. They even had a bowl of candies for our daughter to choose from. They took my wife's prescription and whipped up the glasses in no time flat. Upon learning that my wife also wears contact lenses they insisted that my wife try the solution that they carry because they feel its the best. They gave her a bottle to try free...and not a little sample bottle...a full-sized bottle! My wife was so impressed with her overall experience that she took all of her optical business here and got them to handle her contact lens needs as well.
