Mark was so professional. He set a time and called to confirm he was on his way. He came out twice and gave us the opportunity to find the best price on the part we needed. He then applied the first visit charge to the intallatiion. Incredible service. We highly recommend them

We brought in a vacuum of ours for repairs after being directed here for warranty work, shop has an extensive selection of great vacuums. The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! We have used EZ Appliance a couple times. They treated us very well. We required a fridge for our shop, and later a front load washing machine.
We did not need shiny new expensive machines as these will live in a workplace. We did have an issue with the washing machine, it failed. But the EZ Appliance people made it right and replaced the faulty washer. What more can I ask for? We like them, and would recommend their products.

Their installer is also very experienced and courteous. He had our new vacuum running within 15 minutes of arrival.

Our household struggled with another appliances repair company for our Fulgor Milano in wall stove. Eugene and his apprentice showed up within 1 week of making the service call. Urban Appliance Services pulled out the oven for a diagnosis, replaced the required parts, educated us on parts & maintenance moving forward, and was gone in an hour. We were educated throughout the entire process and not once felt like we were being taken advantage of. They even had the parts on hand!
