This is easily the best place to eat fresh northern fish and wild game in Yellowknife. Everything is made from scratch on site. We have eaten there many times. The prices are excellent given the quality of the food. Bullock's has a relaxed setting on the shores of Back Bay in a Yellowkinfe Heritage Building. A must for Yellowknife residents and visitors. I went to the restaurant during lunch hour and there were a lot of noisy young kids in the restaurant. The ceilings are very high and all the noise echoed. The owner added to the noise by putting on two televisions. They are planning on having outside seating as well which will be a lot better. All the food that our table ordered was hot, fresh, plentiful and delicious. I will definitely go back again, but next time I will wear earplugs. LOL Lire plus

Both my family and I have been ordering from Star House for many years, we absolutely love it. Fresh food, always made top quality. Excellent. If you ever have food not available on the buffet as others have complained about, it's quite literally because the food gets eaten so quickly the staff have a hard time keeping up. Very popular spot to go to. This restaurant is top choice, in my opinion, for Chinese food. Lire plus
