If you're looking for fine dining with great service and a relaxing atmosphere in Toronto, you'll need to look up to the sky and search for Canoe. Food: The menu is simple yet it's high quality and well prepared dishes with great wine and drinks pairing. We decided to go with an app, an entree, and dessert - although the dishes didn't surprise us, they still met our expectations of high quality. The real treats were the Oyster Boy's Finest and Pan Seared Quebec Foie Gras, each being a great start to our meal. Although it was great, it didn't end with a bang. The meal kept its pace right through to dessert. Service: The wait staff were very attentive and accomodating. Our server was attentive to our needs, and was engaged without being too involved in our dining experience. I was impressed by the service from everyone this evening! Atmosphere: I would definitely recommend trying to reserve a table by the window. The place is beautiful with the simple and modern decor, though the view of the city is an added bonus to your meal. It's definitely worth the visit if you're looking to dine in the sky with a great meal, but be prepared to empty out your wallet, because this place isn't cheap. Lire plus

We went here for the Easter buffet brunch and to belatedly celebrate a milestone family birthday. The atmosphere was great overall; I was glad they seated us in the bright conservatory area, rather than the dimmer interior sections. There was a wonderful variety of food choices - menu items you wouldn't typically make at home or find at any run-of-the-mill buffet restaurant. The chef at the carvery was engaging, and the table wait staff were friendly, prompt and efficient. We bought a small item at the gift shop afterward, where prices were reasonable. My only 'complaint' would be that the cost of parking isn't included with the meal. It's expensive enough to eat there, especially with the prices raised due to the special holiday. Lire plus

How does this place have such a middling rating? Is it simply THE place to watch a game. Any game. As great as the setting is for watching sports, for me the food and beer selection are the heroes. The "wing king" chef earns his title, and the range of beers wipes the floor with Bier Markt. Yes, it's busy on game nights. Mandarin is a really excellent place to eat a buffet. They are really kind to you and free refills (water, coke). They give you these mint candy after your visit for free. If you tell them that it is your birthday, they give you a cake piece, sing the happy birthday song and a free picture. Also, they have decorations for you to enjoy and they keep the place very neat. I like how they make food and name the food it’s specific name. The names also say if it is sugar-free, and if it is spicy. They have specific rooms that they assign you to eat and the sign tells you what room it is (Room A, Room b .etc.). The employes are really nice and when you come in, they make you feel welcomed (unless if the lineup is really long and people have reservations). After you are done with your food, you can just leave your plate on your table. You can get a new plate with food on it so you do not have to use the same plate over and over again. In conclusion, you should really go to Mandarin. It is a really excellent buffet to go to. It has crab legs right now and they are really expensive to buy at a store. They have a variety of foods and make their own combinations of foods which is really good. Pros: -Great Service -Free Refills (for certain drinks) -Nice employees -Free mints at the end -Have decorations Cons: -Takes not too long to refill food -Need to make reservations -2 hour limit -Not too many tables Lire plus

Here is my unbiased unpaid for review after visiting the restaurant last night. This is a high quality, high end buffet. Where other buffets people eat at and do not complain because a lower food quality is expected for buffet this restaurant surpassed all my expectations. I enjoy food and drinks at Arriba Lounge a number of times throughout the Blue Jays season. We are always pleased with the service and the food. The view of the field is spectacular and sometimes we just stay there to watch the game instead of going inside the dome. It's a wonderful place to catch a game and a great meal. Lire plus

Myself and my husband went for dinner here to celebrate our anniversary and we had a great time. The crab cakes and wings were delicious. The hunter chicken and sirloin steak were cooked perfectly and tasted good too. The dessert trio snd tiramisu coffee topped it off well. Will definitely go back again.
